Beautiful Hand-painted Mid-Century West German Vase antique engraving sea polyps and perfectly matched to theirJust a beautiful piece, mid c German I am pretty certain, though I have not been able to place the mark on its underside, which looks a bit like a bat. I just love the watercolor like blue on blue stripes, which extend over the black of the lip and base too, like subtle shadows. Really lovely. 6 5 8" t x 4 1 2" across at lip; 6" widest diameter. Excellent vintage condition, with no chips, cracks or other flaws anywhere that I can see.
