In other words, land drops are indicating adrenaline and momentum, and bouncing lands back is a sort of cooldown or downside to leaning into aggression
It is much narrower than Mox and Sol Ring as you need support cards for it to reliably tap for loads
Of course, you'll want to make sure Blood Hypnotist is accompanied by cards that generate Blood tokens, so this bloodsucker isn't a great candidate for slipping into the decks you already have
