To package them, I put a post it note on the top of the sleeve and fold it over the top to act as a pull tab
Elastic straps are convenient and quick, but they may not prevent small debris or water from reaching the cards at the edges, and if a binder is mishandled, cards could still potentially slip out (though side-loading pockets mitigate this)
Better to play into that and run a decent number of ways to bring it back from the graveyard in a Sidisi, Brood Tyrant deck
The affected cards were dismissed as rumour until 2006, when a former Wizards of the Coast employee produced undeniable photographic evidence. The card is in great condition, protected in plastic now, and showing the error clearly on the bottom right of the character image
