Annex sets are sets designed to be played as a standalone product - a "complete experience in a box." While I'm on the record as not being a huge fan of Universes Beyond , I'm not going to pretend they don't exist and every now and then they even pique my curiosity
The biggest issues comes from tokens: Lae'zel's Acrobatics only protects real creatures and cant save the board in token decks
