Dragapult is way too strong and between a combination of Dusknoir, Munkidoi and Phantom Dive, Toucanon might just lose the game in one turn if Dragapult is able to find the right pieces (spoiler: Dragapult never misses)
Its worse later when you need to crew, but crew 2 is very reasonable for a 5/5
