Making sure to support Celes with plenty of creatures, along with any cards that have graveyard effects, makes the most of her ability to buff creatures played from the graveyard with +1/+1, quickly stacking the board with more attackers than your opponents might be equipped to deal with

Not terribly strong as you bat commander but excellent in your 99, you really only need to empty one opponent's hand (find the aggressive player) and you'll be ready to return the Temple of the Dead flip land to the card drawing, token generating, life draining bat, and rule the table

Honestly, its kind of hard to wrap my head around how strong this one is
